With 13 playable characters in Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles, you will be a bit spoilt for choice when it comes to adding the best ones for your team. Agrias is one of the playable characters in the game, and with the right build, you could utilize her abilities far better. This guide will detail the best Agrias build in Final Fantasy Tactics.
Best Agrias Build in FFT The Ivalice Chronicles
Agrias is a Holy Knight class who offers high survivability due to her higher HP. What she lacks is a proper attack build to make her more suited in battle. With the right accessories and gear, you could possibly turn Agrias into a versatile character who offers high damage output and defense.
Best Equipment

- Main Hand: Excalibur
- Off-Hand: Aegis Shield
- Headgear: Barrette
- Body: Power Garb
- Accessory: Bracers
Most of the above equipment improves Agrias’ attack power. The Excalibur boosts the Holy Sword’s power, while also improving the stats for physical evading by 35. It also provides Haste, increasing the Charge Time recovery. Plus, the Action Abilities of Holy allows greater AoE damage while also providing linear ranged damage.
Aegis Shield provides +1 to MA Strength, while the Power Garb also supplies +2 AT Strength while also providing +70 HP. Bracers further improve on her attack stats, but the Barrette could be swapped for any other heavy helmet.
Best Abilities

- Job: Holy Knight
- Secondary: Martial Arts
- Reaction: Shirahadorai
- Support: Attack Boost
- Movement: +2
Agrias’ default job is worth keeping, since Holy Knight comes under the Special job type. While she does have +1 Movement in her kit already, you could focus on improving it to +2 as the bare minimum. Shirahadorai is great at offering extremely high evading stats, but this could be switched for Counter for added defense or First Strike to increase your chances of going first in battle.
Attack Boost is a great support ability to increase physical damage. Martial Arts as a secondary provides increased melee attack damage, but when not in battle, switch it out for healing skills like White Magick to focus more on yourself and your team.
