Elden Ring: Nightreign also offers a quest to each class that awards the player with a neat little skin at the end. These skins are special, but unlocking them requires us to pull off quite a lot of tasks. Most of them are related to the RNG mechanics, so prepare to try out many times before getting the item in your hand. Here we will take a look at all the Journal chapters on how to complete the remembrance sequences for Ironeye.

Completing All Journal Chapters for Ironeye in Nightreign

The journal for Ironeye features 6 chapters. The remembrance quest plays out in Chapters 4 and 6. Here are all the details to kick off the remembrance quest for Ironeye in Nightreign.

    • Completing Journal Entry #1 to #3
    • Completing Journal Entry #4
    • Completing Journal Entry #5
    • Completing Journal Entry #6

We have also added a guide to unlock the hidden scene for Ironeye, which comes after the Journal entry #6.

    Completing Journal Entry 1 – 3

    Objective: Find the Memory Fragments.

You will make progress in Chapters 1,2, and 3 by collecting memory fragments. Which means playing through the game multiple times. The memory fragments have an RNG system attached to them, you will unlock them randomly when you are going through the game as an Ironeye. After a few expeditions, you will eventually unlock Chapter 4.

Note: You might not get the memory fragment on a run; doing it multiple times is the key to unlocking the fragments. It doesn’t matter if you manage to win or lose an expedition, you will get the fragments either way.

    Completing Journal Entry #4

Objective: Recover the Traitor’s Letter by defeating the Night Huntsman

Once Chapter 4 is unlocked, read the fourth journal and click on Begin remembrance. Head to the Priestess (woman with the white hooded cloth) to start the conversation. You will find her in the west wing of the location.

After a brief explanation, click on Accept Task to start the remembrance. Now begin the journey to Limveld, open up the map, and you will see a red point west of Limveld, put a pin on the map and head to the location.

When you enter the location, you will find a Night Huntsman waiting for you. It’s time to sharpen your gear and defeat the huntsman. Once you put him down, you will receive an item called “Traitor’s Letter: An invitation from the traitor” along with 30,000 Runes.

Finish your expedition, and return to the Priestess and hand over the Traitor’s Letter. Now, head over to a string of lights, located right from the Priestess, next to the wall. Interacting with it gets the reward for completing the remembrance. This finishes chapter 4 in the journal entry and the first Remembrance quest for Ironeye.

    Rewards:

    • Ironeye’s Chalice: Gain 1 Red/ Green/ Universal Relic slot for Ironeye.
    • Cracked Sealing Wax: Crit hits now earn you Runes/ Weakpoint duration extension for Ironeye.

    Completing Journal Entry #5

Objective: Find the Memory Fragment by successfully completing an expedition.

Now we enter the journal entry Chapter 5, which requires us to collect memory fragments just like the first 3 journal entries. But unlike the first three, the fifth journal entry requires us to beat the Nightlord. It’s time to set an expedition to take out any unique Night Lords while playing as Ironeye.

Objective: Find the Edge of Order to execute the Traitor

Now read the 6th journal entry to trigger the final remembrance sequence for Ironeye. Just like the last remembrance in Chapter 4, head to the Cistern, the white tomb area, where you will find Priestess again. Talk to her, she will start talking about speaking to a man (Traitor). Exit the conversation, on the left of the Priestess, you will find the man (Traitor) sitting next to the pillar.

He will ask you a simple request of executing him, which sounds simple, but you can’t kill him without finding the Edge of Order. To get this item, head on an expedition and kill Fulghor, Champion of Nightglow.

Tip: Defeating Fulghor won’t be easy; the best trick here is to bring a weapon with the Lightning element. Using a lightning weapon will impair the boss for a moment, giving you ample time to make some deep cuts on the enemy.

Defeating Fulghor will get you the item Edge of Order: A fragment of the spear of Fulghor. Finish the expedition, head back to the Priestess, and talk to the traitor again and finish him. Start a conversation with the Priestess again. This will complete the final remembrance for Ironeye in Nightreign. Now head to the string of lights, right from the Priestess’s location to receive Edge of Order.

Now, to unlock the final scene for Ironeye, you must defeat the final boss of the game. After defeating him, head to the Roundtable hold, in the main hall, you will find a corpse petrified in the middle. Interact with the corpse to get two options: “Offer the Nightlord’s Rune or Clench Dagger”. Select the option to “Clench Dagger“, and hit Yes on the “Truly wield the blade “option. This action will kick off a unique cutscene for Ironeye.

    Rewards:

    • Edge of Order: Increases thrusting counterattack after art execution/ starting armament now inflicts holy damage/ and lastly, gains more power to your bow attack, all for Ironeye.
