Dune Awakening: Making a Martyr Guide(Assassin Not Spawning Issue)

Completing an assassination quest is a thrill ride in any game, since they are usually short and hand out unique rewards for completing the challenge. The mission Making a Martyr in Dune Awakening also has you kill a specific NPC at a specific location. Many people have complained about missing bugs. So here is a complete guide on how to complete this quest.

    Making a Martyr Quest Guide

Making a Martyr is the final quest objective of the Dangerous Dealing contract. The objective will activate automatically after the completion of the contract’s previous objective: Hitting the Hit Squad. The Making a Martyr has a simple task: Take out the Maas Kharet assassin inside the base Imperial Testing Station No. 71.

Head to Imperial Testing Station No. 71

Travel to the Imperial Testing Station No. 71, located in the O’odham region west of the map. Get to the location and head inside the testing station, and make your way to the boss room. Eventually, you will find yourself in a rounded room with a giant cactus in the middle. Here, you will find two locked purple energy doors to your right and an open door on your left.

One of these purple energy doors holds the way to the boss room, and the other acts as a shortcut. Our objective here is to recover the Purple Identification Band to enter the boss’s room. Having the band with you will help you pass through any energy door that has a purple-colored door frame.

    • Head inside the open door on the left of the giant cactus room, eliminate the enemies, and get through the doorway on the left. Now turn right, inside the room at the end of the hallway, you will find a Blue Identification Band on the table.
    • Get out of the room, head straight, and turn right at the end of the hallway. Take the stairs and you will arrive at the floor with a blue energy shield door. With the Blue Identification Band, we can simply walk into the blue energy shield door, go down the stairs to enter a different floor. The room will have 3 to 4 enemies guarding the spot.
    • Before engaging with the enemies here, from the entrance, head through the doorway on your right. Inside, you will find the Purple Identification Band on top of a drawer next to the glass window.
    • Once you have grabbed the Purple Identification Band, get out of the room, kill all the enemies. No need to backtrack to the cactus room, the floor will also have a purple door on the left. It is the shortcut route that will take you directly to the giant cactus room.

    Eliminate Maas Kharet’s assassin

Once in the cactus room, you can now head inside the second purple door to find Maas Kharet’s assassin waiting for you with his goons. It’s time to prepare for the worst, as you will face both regular and elite enemies along with the assassin. Make sure to carry a weapon that can deal with the shield and some good health packs if things get rough. Once you are well prepared, head inside and eliminate everyone.

How To Solve Assassin Not Spawning At Location In Making a Martyr

If you don’t see the assassin spawn in the Imperial Testing Station No. 71, even after you have killed all of his goons in the spot. Then you should try out these solutions:

    • Solution #1: Either wait for two hours for the assassin to spawn at the spot.
    • Solution #2: Head to Imperial Testing Station No. 163, located northeast of Imperial Testing Station No. 71. You will find the assassin in the tree room inside the station.

You will finish the contract ending with 700 XP along with a unique rifle, Thufir’s Best, and a Mercenary Heavy Armor set.
