In Dispatch Chapter 3, you will get to a point where a fighting tournament is happening in the town. Punch Up will ask you to send him to the tournament, as he has been preparing for this event in his life. Here, the game throws a crucial decision of sending Punch Up to fight in the tournament or picking other heroes to shut down the entire event.
Send Punch Up to Fight in the Tournament

Required Partner: Coupé for Success
Just like Sonar meeting Vanderstenk in Chapter 2, sending Punch Up will improve his relationship with your character, Robert. If you want to build a healthy relationship with Punch Up, then send Punch Up to participate in the tournament. After a while, he will have trouble carrying out the fight, as he will ask for a corner man, but he will especially mention “Coop” (Coupé).
Have Coupé ready and send him to help Punch up win the tournament. Here, you also have the other option to let Punch Up carry out the battle on his own without the help of Coupé, but that is risky and might put the entire mission in jeopardy. So it is better to have a Coupé in hand for this mission.
Note: Punch Up’s relationship with Coupé will show right at the beginning of Chapter 4 if you fire the right person at the end of Chapter 3.
Rewards: After the mission, Punch Up will gain 200% XP and an increase in the relationship with him. Also, note that Punch Up will remember this gesture, so it might play a role later.
Consequences: None.
Shutdown The Tournament
If you don’t care about Punch Up, pick this option, as it includes shutting down the entire event. Send in any heroes at your disposal to end the tournament. Suffice it to say, Punch Up will lose the 200% XP bonus, but here, the heroes will take in the regular bonus. But if the team fails to complete the mission, then you will lose the XP gain for the team.
Reward: Regular XP (On Winning). Here, send in Malevola and Sonar to get a better chance at success.
Consequences: Losing the relationship with Punch Up. Which, as you can guess, might not end up on the prettier side with Punch Up.
Note: Punch Up will remember this decision.
I think it is better to send in Punch Up to fight in the tournament; the other option is not as valuable or carries any consequences. Let Punch Up fight in the tournament and win to gain the XP bonus and build a healthy relationship with him that might play out in the future Dispatch chapters.
