One such side quest is Mr. Palmer & The Giant Worms, where players are tasked with recovering lost supplies for a character named Mr. Palmer.

How to Start the Quest: Mr. Palmer & The Giant Worms
To initiate the quest, make your way to The Steps region in the game. Locate the Flamingo Motel in this area. Once there, look for a staircase along the side of the building. Climb the stairs and then use the ladder to reach the rooftop of the motel. Mr. Palmer can be found sitting in a chair on the roof. Speak with him to begin the quest. You will be asked to retrieve his emergency rations, which are situated on a rooftop across the yard from the motel.
How To Reach Mr. Palmer’s Rations in Deliver At All Costs
To reach the rations, you’ll need to follow a path across several rooftops. A good way to know you’re on the right track is to follow the wooden planks and yellow paint splashes on the ground. From the motel’s roof, follow these markers until you come across a bucket of yellow paint. Next to the bucket, you’ll see another set of planks with paint on them. Run along these planks and jump across to land on the roof of the Garage in front of you.
Keep going west from here and drop down a ledge. After that, you’ll see a wooden plank connecting to another rooftop. Carefully walk across the plank and try not to fall, or you’ll have to climb back up again. Keep moving in the same direction and jump down to another roof with more yellow paint on it.
Continue running along the path until you reach a spot with an electrical pole and a ledge you can climb. Climb up the ledge and move across it to reach the final rooftop, which has a big billboard on it. Behind the billboard, you’ll find a red chest. Open the chest to collect the Emergency Rations and a Circuit Board.
Once you’ve got the items, head back to Mr. Palmer at the Flamingo Motel rooftop. Give him the rations to complete the quest.
