While you work for the Smugglers’ League in Sea of Thieves, you will get a strange request from Low-Tide Lottie. Since this is the last of the Smugglers’ Tide Commendations, you will require some assistance to actually start the quest from Lottie. There is a string of requirements for this, and you also need to solve a puzzle to complete the quest.

Starting Lottie’s Request involves completing all 18 Smugglers’ League Commendations. This unlocks the Super Smuggler Legendary Commendation and Title, equipping it along with the following clothing and trinkets. These items are purchased from Shipwrights and Clothing Stores, and you need to equip all of the items and the title to get a new dialog option from Lottie.

    • Current of Darkness Trinket
    • Fox of Guile Trinket
    • Smuggler Belt
    • Smuggler Boots
    • Smuggler Gloves
    • Smuggler Jacket
    • Smuggler Trousers
    • Smugglers’ League Illicit Ink Tattoo
    • Steel of Waves Trinket
    • The Fabled Four Trinket
    • Wolf of Strength Trinket

Speak to Lottie at Crescent Isle to get a new dialog option, where you need to visit Wanderer’s Refuge to find the Hideout and her client. Once you reach Wanderer’s Refuge, investigate the tunnel that runs through the middle of the island. Inside the tunnel, keep heading southwest while looking out for a narrow cave entrance. It’s easy to miss this; just check the gap between the large boulders to find the entrance.

Walk into the cave, and you will enter the hideout. There is a locked door at the end of the cave, which requires a puzzle to solve.

You will spot an empty shelf on the wall and a map on the table. You need to place the correct trinkets on the correct sections of the map and shelf to unlock the door.

Begin by placing the Fabled Four trinket on the empty shelf. Next, look at the map and place the remaining trinkets in these exact locations:

    • Top left section – Steel of Waves Trinket
    • Top right section – Current of Darkness Trinket
    • Bottom left section – Fox of Guile Trinket
    • Bottom right section – Wolf of Strength Trinket

The door ahead will be unlocked, and you get to meet Lottie’s “client” on the other side. Watch the rest of the cutscene to learn more about the Sea of Thieves lore.
