- Head to the location called Castle Rock on Terminus Island.
- Go to the coast and head into the waters.
- Stick to the coastal waters and find a red light flashing underwater.
- This will be the pink speedboat toy that you need to find.
- Once you find it, swim as close to it as you can and wait for the mini-game to trigger.
- You will now find yourself in a speed boat, and start driving through the checkpoints that appear in front of you.
