Bleach Rebirth of Souls has you play with 32 characters from the beginning of the game; however, there is a hidden 33rd character that you need to follow a specific set of steps to unlock. Here in this guide, we will take a look at how to go about doing just exactly that.

Unlock The Hidden Character In Bleach Rebirth Of Souls

The only locked character in the Bleach Rebirth of Souls is Getsuga Ichigo, which will only be unlocked by playing the full game from the very beginning to the end. There are no trick or cheat combo keys you must press in a specific order to unlock this character.

    • Finishing the Storyline: You must finish the entire storyline, making you go to the end of Chapter 5 – The Battle for Karakura Town to unlock the only hidden character in the game. If you are playing it on Standard difficulty, it will take a good chunk of time before you trigger the credits in the game.
    • Changing Difficulty: Head to the Main Menu, then Option. Here you can change the game difficulty. To unlock the character fast you must set the Story Battle Difficulty to Casual.

Note: You can still play the game on Normal difficulty but it will require you to put a tremendous amount of effort, and it will easily take around 20 to 30 hours to reach the end of the game.

Since most of the chapters will be filled with cutscenes, you can just skip them to get to the combat section of the storyline. Tuning the game to the Casual difficulty will make the enemy weak and more susceptible to damage. You can also, meanwhile master the Reawaken game mechanic in Bleach: Rebirth of Souls to make yourself that much stronger in combat.

While we recommend you watch the cutscene to enjoy the game as intended, if you just crave to unlock the character as quickly as possible, skip all the cutscenes and burn through the combat in Causal to unlock it fast.

We are just making the game move a bit faster for us to unlock the character. Once you reach Chapter 5, you will have a final battle between Ichigo vs. Aizen. Defeating Aizen will complete the entire storyline unlocking Getsuga Ichigo as your reward.
