Just before you reach the endgame in Avowed, you should locate and equip all the best armor the game has to offer. There are a handful of legendary armor scattered all across the many regions, and some are a bit harder to get than others. After you reach Galawain’s Tusks, you can pick up 7 legendary armor during your exploration. Let’s see how to get each one of these.
All Legendary Armor Locations In Galawain’s Tusks
Some armor sets are locked behind quests, while some can be obtained after infiltrating certain locations and defeating certain enemies. Below are all the legendary armor you can collect within Galawain’s Tusks.
Sky Mother’s Embrace Location
You can purchase this armor from a vendor called Stockkeeper Eberk at Southern Warden Tower. You can get to this location via the Twinedwood South Beacon, and the vendor can be spotted to the right side of the main entrance to the building. It will cost 81,250 Copper Skeyt to purchase Sky Mother’s Embrace, and this is a medium armor.
Abilities:
- Turning Scales: +3% Damage Reduction.
- Quickness: +20% move speed.
Faith and Conviction Location
This is another armor set that can be purchased from a particular vendor. Head over to Solace Keep this time and talk to Forgemaster Dela. You can buy Faith and Conviction unique heavy armor for 81,250 Copper Skeyt.
Abilities:
- Deep Faith – Slowly regenerate essence.
- Unwavering Conviction – +4% damage reduction to you and your companions.
Lava Forged Plate
For this one, head all the way west from Solace Keep towards Mt. Forja Mines in the Mt. Forja Quarry area. Enter the mines and keep to the left. Continue down the path keeping to your left. Once you reach the large pool of lava with enemies, follow the path of the rail tracks that go to the left.
Keep an eye out for a cave entrance that emits a green-yellow glow on your left. Once you find that, get into it and jump across the lava pool. Continue to go up the rocky platforms and go right into the passage. Head left to find another lava pool and Magran’s Blessing on the pillar in the middle of the lava. Collect it and jump across and head up the platforms on your right to find a chest with the Lava Forged Plate unique heavy armor.
Abilities:
- Volcanic Outburst: Taking melee damage deals fire damage to nearby enemies.
- Greater Burn Proof: +45% resistance to Fire Accumulation.
Sentinel Mail
You now have to head over to the Primordial Depths North Beacon and continue to head north. Cross over the lava stream and head into the cave. Make your way across the lava pool ahead and climb up the rocky platforms to reach the top. Hop over to the entrance ahead and continue down the path till you exit the cave.
Get up on the platforms immediately to your left and follow the path towards the tree on the right. Jump across to the roof of the building and use your Fire spell to burn down the branches blocking the hole on the roof. Head down and open the treasure chest to get the Sentinel Mail medium unique armor.
Abilities:
- Defy the Elements: -30% incoming Fire, Frost, and Shock damage.
- Deflecting Palisade: 10% chance to avoid ranged damage.
Threads of the Faithful
This armor can be purchased from a vendor at The Living Archives, Ash Forest. Speak to Merchant Alonya to purchase the Thread of the Faithful unique light armor for 81,250 Copper Skeyt.
Abilities:
- Holy Radiance: Up to 50% max Health Regeneration for you and your allies.
- Litany for the Faithful: +10% increased damage output for you and your allies.
Councilor’s Garb
For this armor, complete the main quest “Our Dreams Divide Us Still” and defeat Councilor Kostya when the choice appears. You can loot this unique light armor off his dead corpse afterwards.
Abilities:
- Cutthroat Politics: +50% Stealth Attack Damage.
- Pargrun Woven Fabric: +5% damage reduction and +3 additional damage reduction.
Berserker Scale
This is another armor that is locked behind a quest called Warden’s Warding. You can get this quest from Warden Radut at Southern Warden Tower, and it will lead you to Amelia’s Camp in Twinedwood. Kill everyone at the camp including Amelia and loot the Outcast Chest Key from her dead body. There is a chest within the area that will require this key, and unlocking it will give you the Berserker Scale unique medium armor.
Abilities:
- Blood Rage: While below 30% max health, gain +25% damage and +50% critical hit damage.
- Merciless Ravager: +5% critical hit chance.
