Rellic #1: The Hillbilly | Chapter 1
In Chapter 1, when playing as Sam, you will come across an area with an opening at the bottom of a wall which you can crawl through. Just before that, turn right and you will see a set of pipes. Cross them to locate the first Rellic in The Casting of Frank Stone.
Rellic #2: The Huntress | Chapter 2
Go upstairs once you reach the mansion, and you will see a piece of paper lying near a lamp. Interact with it to unlock ‘The Survivor Theme’. This is important and required to get the Rellic #2. Next, head up the stairs and take the room to the right. Approach the piano to get a prompt to Interact with it to open a door on the left and reveal a secret passage. Head down the passage and collect Rellic #2 in The Casting of Frank Stone.
Rellic #3: The Trapper | Chapter 3
The key here is to select The Curiosity Shop when given an option. This will trigger a cutscene, post that take the narrow path through the shop till you come to a lit area; you will find Rellic #3 lying on the ground, right next to the lamp.
Rellic #4: The Wraith | Chapter 5
When you enter the storm drains in Chapter 5 playing as Chris, you will come to an area with a narrow opening between the walls. Take that opening and you will come across Rellic #4: The Wraith.
Rellic #5: The Clown | Chapter 5
Once the story progresses, then playing as Chris, you will come across an open door that leads to an opening in the wall straight ahead which you can crawl through. Do that, and while Chris will comment “Dead end” when you approach the wall, turn left to spot Rellic #5.
Rellic #6: The Legion | Chapter 6
When playing as Madison, take the stairs to the top of the Atrium. While following the narrow passageway, you will come to a wider, open area with bookshelves. Approach that area and look to your left – you should be able to spot the Rellic #6: The Legion.
Rellic #7: The Nurse | Chapter 8
Chapter 8 will have you play as Linda, and while exploring the film archives section, at the end of the passageway you will come across Rellic #7 in The Casting of Frank Stone.
Rellic #8: The Doctor | Chapter 11
In Chapter 11, when playing as Linda, you will go through a set of tunnels to come to a ladder. Take the door next to the ladder first, and you will enter a room after crawling a bit. Interact with the diary on the table, and push open the door straight ahead to reveal the location of Rellic #8: The Doctor.
Rellic #9: The Twins | Chapter 12
In Chapter 12, you will discover a secret passageway that is wide and well-lit. As you explore that, you will come across a table on the right with Rellic #9: The Twins.
Rellic #10: The Spirit | Chapter 13
As you are exploring the tunnels playing as Sam in Chapter 13, you will come to an alcove highlighted by a yellow light. Take that opening to come across Rellic #10: The Spirit.
Rellic #11: The Trickster | Chapter 14
If you have managed to keep at least one character alive till this point, you will then be treated to four visions of a drugstore. Visit each of these, and then you will come to a fork in the road. Take a right to come across a door right in the middle of the forest. On the other side will be Relic #11.
Relic #12: The Champion | Chapter 14
You will collect this automatically once the game ends.
