Artifacts are items that can be used to summon creatures in ARK: Ragnarok Ascended. There are a total of 10 Artifacts in ARK: Ragnarok Ascended, and they are scattered across various caves, dungeons, and ruins on the Ragnarok map.

Carnivorous Caverns – Artifact of the Cunning & Artifact of the Immune
The Carnivorous Caverns have five different entrances. These are:
- Water Entrance: 21.8, 33.2
- Mountainside Entrances: 17.5, 42.7 and 18.8, 48.1
- Swamp Entrance: 21.8, 42.0
- Castle Entrance: 21.1, 44.4
Inside the Carnivorous Caverns, you will come across standard cave creatures up to level 300. Deeper into the system, additional threats like Megalosaurus, Carno, and Megalania appear. Use small to medium-sized creatures that you can ride and bring grappling hooks and lesser antidotes if entering via the castle.

- Artifact of the Immune: 23.7, 44.6
- Artifact of the Cunning: 20.3, 46.0 (requires grapples to reach)
Jungle Dungeon – Artifact of the Hunter
The Jungle Dungeon has two different entrances. These are:
- 18.2, 28.4
- 18.6, 27.8
This cave has standard-level enemies and an optional Lava Golem boss. Bring grapples, lesser antidotes, and firearms or friends to back you up. The boss fight is triggered by breaking crystals located at 21.6, 26.9 inside the artifact chamber.

Frozen Dungeon – Artifact of the Pack
The Frozen Dungeon has two different entrances based on whether you are entering on foot or via flying. These are:
- For Foot/Tames: 31.3, 33.7
- For Flyers: 31.0, 37.8
Once inside, you’ll face Dire Bears up to level 300 in the opening chamber. As you progress, you’ll encounter Ice Worms in narrow tunnels. The Ice Queen boss must be defeated to access the artifact room.
Expect powerful enemies and freezing temperatures, so bring decent fur armor, a strong medium-sized tame (like a Thylacoleo), and/or ascendant shotguns if going solo or with a small group.

Life’s Labyrinth – Artifact of the Skylord, Clever, Massive, and Devious
The Life’s Labyrinth has only one entrance, which can be found at the following coordinates:
- 51.6, 77.7
Life’s Labyrinth is a massive, puzzle-based dungeon filled with traps, parkour sections, spike walls, and mini-boss fights.
You’ll face a mix of standard cave creatures, Caprosuchus, Megalodons, and spirit animals like the Spirit Direwolf and Spirit Direbear. This is not a linear cave, so you’ll need to explore multiple paths to collect all four Artifacts.
Bring extra sleeping bags, SCUBA gear, strong firearms, and lots of patience.

Ocean Floor – Artifact of the Devourer
This Artifact isn’t in a cave but on the deep ocean floor in an area known as the “TuTo” (due to the abundance of Tusoteuthis swimming nearby). A fast marine tame like an Ichthyosaurus can help avoid aggro, or a powerful water tame like a Mosasaur can be used to clear threats.

- Artifact of the Devourer: 47.1, 2.5
Wyvern Trench – Artifact of the Strong
The Wyvern Trench has only one entrance which can be found at the following coordinates:
- 69.1, 42.2
Located deep within the Southern Wyvern Trench, this cave is filled with Wyverns flying above and Megalania crawling on the cavern floor. There are two viable approaches:
- Use a fast flyer like a Griffin to zip through the trench and grab the Artifact quickly.
- Bring a raft or water tame into the cave to access the Artifact from the lower tunnel, avoiding the Wyverns altogether.
