So you have purchased the Stalker 2 Deluxe Edition and saw all the weapons gear on the DLC page. But when you open the game, you don’t have any of them stored inside your inventory or stash. Don’t worry it’s not one of Stalker 2’s glitches or bugs, you will need to complete a side quest to acquire all the loot from specific places in the zone. Here we will go through all the location details of 12 Journalist’s Stash found in Stalker 2.

Unlock Seek And You Shall Receive

Once you complete the Needle in a Haystack main questline, you will unlock Seek and You Shall Find side quest. You can get the quest by picking up Flash Drive from your stash down at Zalissya, your first settlement in the game. Now the journey truly begins, as all the locations for the stash will be different.

Unlike other gears, once you have the flash drive, the search details for all 12 Journalist’s Stash locations will appear on your map, in the form of circles, but you will have to pinpoint the precise location of the stash within the circle. Here we have broken the locations area-wise to make it easier for you to cross off all the 12 locations off the list.

It is time to go to an area that lives up to the name of the city, Garbage. We are looking to head to an area east of the Detention Center, in the southern region of Garbage. It’s located northeast of the factory, where we grabbed the Viper Monolith from the rooftops. You will soon come to an area filled with all kinds of debris and broken pieces of equipment.

Here look for a broken minibus and you will find the stash inside it. This area will have two busted minibusses, the correct one sits next to the broken construction machine.

The location for the gun is Abandoned School west of Garbage. Unlike other stash locations in the guide, this one will be a tiny bit dangerous.

    Yaniv Journalist’s Stash Location

    #7 Journalist’s Stash: Model Competitor

    Weight: 1.58 KG
    Worth: 16536K

The objective marker here will take you to the railyard section. One of the carts on the train will have a visible padlock outside. Shoot the padlock and head inside, you will find the stash next to the containers. There is also a duffle bag and some ammo in the area, don’t forget to loot them all before heading to the next area.

    Chemical Plant Journalist’s Stash Location

    #8 Journalist’s Stash: Lullaby

    Weight: 4.8 KG

    Burnt Forest Journalist’s Stash Location

    #9 Journalist’s Stash: SSP-100M SIRCAA Suit

    Weight: 8.0 KG

Make your way down to the Burnt Forest, it is not going to be easy, as soon you will find yourself surrounded by fire anomalies. Dodge the anomalies and take the ladder located at the western side of the area, to reach the basement.

You are not safe in the basement either, here you will have to deal with Poltergeist thermal anomaly, once that is taken care of, you can open the stash in the next room to recover the suit.

    Swamps Journalist’s Stash Location

    Swamp Journalist Stash

    Weight: 3.84 KG

Make your way north of the swamp, right at the edge of the border to Backwater. Here head to the Abandoned Farmstead, and make your way to the roof by jump on the red tractor outside of the farm. After a bit of platforming, you will reach the rooftop. Break the wooden barricade to get inside the attic and find the stash with the Veteran sniper rifle.

    #11 Journalist’s Stash: Wanderer Suit

    Swamp South Journalist Stash

    Worth: 237500K
