How To Unlock Medical Malpractice in Fallout 76

Until the Locked & Loaded update was released in Fallout 76, unlocking Medical Malpractice used to be a challenging task, where you needed to collect 150 Critical Hits in Survival Mode to unlock it.

However, the unlocking process for obtaining Medical Malpractice now includes these steps:

    • Complete Daily Ops & Reach Level 50: The most straightforward and simple method to acquire Medical Malpractice is through time-limited challenges called Daily Ops. Once you have reached Level 50, you get a chance to win exclusive rewards including the Medical Malpractice.
    • Increase your chances: Since Medical Malpractice is a random reward from Level 50 Daily Ops, it is not a guaranteed process to obtain the weapon. However, you can increase your chances of landing this weapon through RNG by earning the Elder Tier Status. For earning this title you need to finish a Daily Op under 8 minutes.
    • Earn the blueprint & Craft The Weapon: Once you have obtained the blueprint/plan for the Medical Malpractice, you need to craft it using the necessary resources.

Alternatively, you can occasionally find Minerva (Gold Bullion Vendor) selling Medical Malpractice plan / blueprint.
