Cyberpunk 2077’s Phantom Liberty expansion introduced various new missions, items, and weapons in the game. One of these weapons is the legendary Pozhar X-MOD2, one of the variants of the original gun Techtronika VST-37 Pozhar. Here’s a guide to obtaining this powerful gun and adding it to your collection in Cyberpunk 2077.
Pozhar X-MOD2 Location In Cyberpunk 2077
The iconic Pozhar X-MOD2 is located in Longshore Stacks, Dogtown. Finding this gun isn’t easy as there’s a secret room that you’ll have to find which will only unlock at a certain time.
Pozhar X-MOD2 and other similar guns can’t be crafted or gained as a reward. You’ll have to solve quests or find their secret locations in the game.
Try to complete the main quest, “The Damned” to get this gun. If you haven’t completed it, chances are that the secret room with the gun won’t be unlocked for you. Go to the location after 1 AM, since that is the time the door will usually be unlocked. You can try going in at 4-5 AM if it isn’t open for you at 1 AM.
From the Kress Street fast travel point, head toward the right side of the map as shown in the image above. You’ll see a giant yellow crane standing near you with fire in front of it. Carefully climb the crane using the containers stacked beside it. Jump onto the crane and climb its yellow ladder to get to the top of it. Go all the way towards the end of this path and jump onto the platform on the left side of the crane. The goal is to reach the left corner of this building.
After reaching the platform, you’ll have to make a tricky jump. Go toward the left end of the platform and climb onto the cement floor on top of you. Head towards the left side of this path, where the green containers are. Jump on them and keep going left until you see some speakers near them. Go up to the speakers and then go towards the right, where there are a bunch of garbage bags. You’ll see “Where’s Johnny?” written on a wall beside the garbage bags. Go to the door at the end of this wall.
If you’ve come at the right time, the door will be open for you. If it isn’t, try to change the time to early morning hours. If it still isn’t open for you, there’s another way you can unlock it. Go across the door on its right side and jump down on the red container on the lower floor. Keep going around on this floor twice, then jump back onto the top floor where the door is.
Once the door is open, you’ll see a bunch of people partying around in the closed space. Take the items available on the table and around the room. The legendary weapon Pozhar X-MOD2 will be at the end of this room, near the left corner.
Pozhar X-MOD2 Stats
The Pozhar X-MOD2 has high caliber, high recoil, and high damage. This makes it a must-have gun in Cyberpunk 2077. Its bullets can ricochet off of surfaces, further damaging enemies standing close to each other. What’s special about this shotgun is that it can have up to two mods added to it. This will help you increase all of its stats with ease.
