False Flag is one of the lengthier missions of Star Wars Outlaws, with multiple objectives layered throughout. The entire mission takes you to an Imperial fuel station to clear out the debt of Crimson Dawn. The length of the mission doesn’t weigh the player down, as the game manages to add a nice mixture of combat, a stealth section, and decision-making to make the mission interesting. Let’s get on with the guide to reach the Data Vault as part of the False Flag mission in Star Wars Outlaws.
Guide To Reach The Data Vault In Star Wars Outlaws
All the steps in the guide here will focus on how to Reach the Data Vault. You have to complete the Objective Find a terminal with info on the data vault to activate Reach the data vault objective.
- Once you have accessed the computer and hacked the terminal to obtain the info on the data vault, the objective will change from ‘Find a terminal with info on data vault’ to ‘Reach the Data Vault.’
- We will get the information about the precise location of Datavault, it’s in the Maintenance Bay. Once you have recovered the intel, leave the computer room with the door to the left, and take the ladder to the upper platform.
- Walk to the end of the platform, and use the Data Spike to open up the large metal door to the left. Once the door opens, you will find two stormtroopers on your right. Either you can take down two of them by sending Nix to distract them or knock them out one by one. You can shoot them with a blaster pistol but make sure to do it when there are only two guards on the walkway.
- Make it to the end of the hallway, take the door on the left wall but watch out for the camera above it, once you are inside, take the ladder on the left. Loot the container right off the ladder, it contains a Ray Acceleratorx3 (For Blaster upgrades).
- Take the vent on the left, it will put you on a platform with moving cylinders on your front and back. Don’t stay still, run with the same pace as them until you see a force field wall to your right, where you get off and lock-pick the panel next to it. Once the force field is off, you will go through another vent.
- At the end of the vent, you will find yourself in an industrial area. Turn to your left, drop off the platform, and take the door on the left. Once you are inside, you will find a stormtrooper and an Imperial worker, take both of them down without raising the alarm.
- Go to the end of the hallway but before climbing the ladder, loot the container behind the ladder. You will find Heuristic Processer X4 (For the Trailblazer Upgrades). Climb up the ladder, but a force field will block your path, send in Nix to take care of the issue.
- Once the forcefield is off, take out the man by the surveillance computers. It’s time to play some Watch Dogs, Hack the computers to deactivate the security cameras. Leave the room through the door on the right.
- You will find yourself on a walkway, here watch out for the guards below, once the coast is clear drop off the gap on the left. and take the door straight ahead. Eventually, you will find yourself in a TIE fighter factory.
- Just keep moving to the left, and don’t take the lift on the left, instead send Nix to activate the terminal on the other side of the walkway, this will move the TIE fighter blocking your part. Once your way is cleared out, you can now use the grappling hook to cover the gap. Make sure to not stand up, keep crouching or the spying drone hovering on our right will easily catch up.
- Jump across the platforms but make sure the spy drone is not looking or heading toward your direction, at the end of the route, use the grapple hook to jump straight onto the grates ahead. Climb the metal bars on the right to get on the platform.
- I know the grappling hook on the top does look appealing, but you might not notice a stormtrooper heading toward you on the other platform. So wait, before the stormtrooper turns around, then you can jump across. Once you land on the platform, take out the stormtrooper.
- Keep heading straight, lockpick the metal door ahead, and that’s it, you have reached the data vault. Loot the containers on the left, you will find Blaster Recirculator.
