As weird as it sounds, the Pickle is a rare crafting item in Stalcraft: X that you’ll need to build some of the best items in the game. It’s a Stalker-rank item and has a base selling price of 32 Rubles. But don’t let the price fool you. As you keep playing the game, you’ll quickly notice how rare and difficult it can be to acquire this precious item.

Where to Get Pickles in Stalcraft: X
In Stalcraft: X, there are three reliable ways to get your hands on some Pickles: completing quests and contracts, clearing camps, and the Auction House. Here’s a quick look at how these methods work
Quests and Delivery Contracts
If you’re a new player, completing your Daily Quests is the best way to get a steady stream of Pickles in Stalcraft. Completing Daily Quests usually grant you 4 to 5 Pickles, with some giving you up to 10 if you’re lucky. Weekly Quests, on the other hand, usually grant 30 to 40 Pickles when you complete them.
Once your character gets stronger, consider completing Delivery Contracts if you need extra Pickles. Each Delivery Contract mission gives you around 15 to 16 Pickles a pop.
Clearing Camps
Clearing camps and the NPC enemies around the area is the most popular way to farm Pickles in Stalcraft: X. If you’re playing as part of the Stalker faction, you’ll find camps to clear on the east Rostok Factory. For Bandit players, head to the western part to find the NPCs that drop Pickles.
While you’re at it, also make sure you explore the place thoroughly and check all the barrels and containers. Some of them can contain Pickles that you can loot.
The Auction House
If you want to get a large quantity of Pickles and don’t mind spending Rubles for it, then the Auction House would be your best bet. Many players put them up for sale, and you can buy them if you’ve got the money for them. However, it will cost you at least four or five times its normal price. So it’s not very efficient.
Other than the methods mentioned above, you can also pick them up from other players that you killed if they were carrying it in their inventory. But the chance of that happening is pretty slim.
