Stellar Blade’s new DLC can be unlocked after following a few prerequisites. If you haven’t completed the main questline in the main game, then it would take a while before you can get to the DLC. But first, we will detail how to get the DLC, including how to purchase it, and what comes with it after starting it.
How to Get the Nikke DLC in Stellar Blade
To purchase the Nikke DLC in Stellar Blade, you can spot the option for it after going to the main menu of the game. At the bottom of the main home screen is the Stellar Blade x Nikke DLC, and clicking on it will give you a new pop up that will lead you to your console’s store to purchase the DLC.
PlayStation users can claim either the Stellar Blade™ x GODDESS OF VICTORY: NIKKE DLC or the Twin Expansion Pack, which also includes the Nier DLC. It will cost $9.99 to get either one. Steam users can purchase the Stellar Blade™ Complete Edition to get all DLC packs.
How to Start the Nikke DLC
You need to complete three particular missions within the main game before unlocking a new location. The missions that you need to complete are:
- 7th Airborne Squad
- Scavenger Adam
- Xion, the Last Remaining City
Completing these missions will unlock the new Wasteland area, where you can pick up the Altess Levoire main story mission here. Along the way, check your map for a phone icon in the central area. You need to head over there and speak to Volt to start the DLC.
What to Expect in the Nikke DLC
Once you have the DLC downloaded, you can find a new Digital Artbook containing character outfit designs, scenario artworks, as well as character drawings. Besides this, you can also find a new boss called Mann (Xion) under the Boss Challenge section.
The DLC also offers a whole new questline which involves defeating Scarlet from the actual Goddess of Victory: Nikke game. There’s a new mini game involving a shooting range, which is a great way to practice your accuracy. You can also unlock 5 new outfits and hairstyles inspired by the Nikke game, and the new outfits are listed below.
