How To Get Reinforced Planks In V Rising
Defeat Vincent the Frostbringer boss to unlock the recipe for Reinforced Planks in V Rising. You can then craft Reinforced Planks at a Sawmill with 4* Iron Ingots and 4 * Planks. You can run across this boss in the southern parts of Dunley Farmlands and will be guarded by two Militia enemies. You can also try your luck looting chests in Bastion of Dunley, but the drops are random and may require several runs to get your hands on one of these.
After defeating the boss and unlocking the recipe, you will need these three items:
- The Sawmill can be built in V Rising using 400 Wood and 80 Stones. Since you will be using a Sawmill (and in all probability multiple Sawmills) a lot; it is recommended to place the Sawmill in a confined Castle Room made with Workshop Floors – The confined Castle Room grants a 25% increase to work speed, while the Workshop Floor reduce material consumption cost by 25%
- Planks In V Rising are easily obtained using Wood and inputing that in a Sawmill. Each Plank requires 20 * Wood.
- Iron Ingots are obtained by defeating Quincy the Bandit King in the Bandit Sulphur Quarry; which unlocks the recipe to convert Iron Ore into Iron Ingots.
