The Atelier Yumia does an excellent job of keeping building mechanics simple. Things like changing clothes can be done immediately. The game offers options for people who want to change the physical appearance of their character as well as gear to strike a fair fight in a battle. Here in this guide, we will take a look at the steps to how to Change Clothes, Appearance, Craft A Dressing Room & Gear In Atelier Yumia.
How To Build The Dressing Room In Atelier Yuma
We first need to gain access to the workbench to build the dressing room. This is how you build the workbench in Atelier Yuma.
Access the Workbench
- The very first step is for you to reach Atelier, which comes after you have finished the introduction to the game and the quest Survey Prep Work. It will take around 20 minutes to complete everything to reach the Atelier located in the high places of Scurra Hill.
- In Atelier, you will find a workbench to carry out the building functionalities in the game.
Building Dressing room:

- You must have Wood x4 (Obtained from Trees) and Powder x 2 (Obtained from Rocks) to craft the Dressing Room. Just chop down any logs scattered on the map to obtain a good amount of Wood, and head down to any rocky areas will help you gather Powder.
- Once you have x4 Wood and x2 Powder, interact with the workbench in Atelier. Here, head down to the Feature Modules section and you will find the blueprint for the Dressing Room.
- Once crafted, find it in your objects and place it on the ground. Open your action wheel and head over to the Building section on the left.
Note: Make sure the room stays above the ground, not half submerged. You will not gain access to the Dressing Room if it is half merged into the ground. Now you can interact with the Dressing Room to customize all of your characters in your crew, Yumia, Isla, Viktor, and Flammi.
How To Change Gear In Atelier Yuma
Go to the Battle Settings by pausing the game and head over to the Defense tab to change gear for you and your squad, and add new modifiers to make them stronger. Unlike dressing, changing gear will not influence the appearance of the characters.
