    Spellbook V Rising

Since the abilities of the Fate Dancers are all about Chill and Freeze, we are going to be looking at the Frost Magic category in the Spellbook. We will pick only three spells out of the 9 available in the Frost Magic circle.

    • Veil of Frost (Cooldown: 8 seconds): Dash and elude any nearby enemies for 2 seconds. The next primary attack recovers 5% of your Max health, shields you for 70% of your spell power, and lastly applies Chill status.
    • Cold Snap (Cooldown: 10 seconds): Block projectile and melee for 1.5 seconds, it will trigger an Ice Nova that deals 50% Magic damage and adds Freeze status for 2 seconds. You will also gain a shield absorbing 50% of your spellpower for 4 seconds.
    • Arctic Storm (Cooldown: 9 seconds): A wave of frost dealing 180% damage for 12 seconds, inflicting Chill. You will also conjure a Cone of Cold right at the end of the effect.

Ultimate: Merciless Charge under Chaos Magic: Charge and grab an enemy, dealing 100% magic damage, followed by 250% magic area damage, adding the status Ignite and Stun for 1 second. Another favorite here is Arctic Leap, found under the Frost Magic tree, where you leap and strike down enemies, dealing 250% damage. Any enemies near the strike zone will get Freeze status.

    Passive Abilities:

    Passive Abilities V Rising
    • Cold Soul: Spell critical power by 8%, and you will deal 8% more damage to enemies affected by the Chill and Frozen status.
    • Chill Weave: Breaking Freeze with an attack triggers Frost Nova, dealing 40% magic damage and inflicting Chill in the process.
    • Turbulent Velocity: Raises Movement speed by 4%, and dealing damage to enemies gains a Movement speed bonus of 4%.
    • Overpower: It offers 7% weapon cooldown and Weapon Charge Gain by 6.
    • Lethal Strikes: Raises physical critical power by 8%, and once the enemy’s below 30% of their health, you will deal 12% increased physical damage.

    Armor

    Armor Detail V RIsing

For Armor, get any piece that allows for an increase in Weapon Cooldown rate. One of the best sets in the game that has the ability is Dracula’s Dread Armor set. The set offers:

    • Increase Weapon Skill Power by 8%.
    • Increase Weapon Cooldown Rate by 7%.
    • Veil attacks deal 30% more damage.

Where to Find: You must gather Dread Plate Chestguard, Leggings, Boots, Gloves, along with Shadow Weave and Bat Leather ingredients to craft the entire set at the Tailoring Bench.

    Amulet:

    • Amulet of Crimson Commander: +34 Spell Power/ 15% Reduced Blood Drain Rate/ 8% Skill power.

10% chance to gain Lesser Blood Rage upon primary hit, it only triggers every 10 seconds. Perfect for the build, as it offers cooldown reduction for the weapon and skill, and spell power. The highlight of the amulet is Lesser Blood Rage, which can happen every 10 seconds; it can make the twin blades faster than before.

    Blood Type: Warrior

Warrior focuses on physical damage and raises melee defence. Here are the Tier list details on Warrior Blood types

    • 10% increased Physical Power and Veil attack deals bonus damage of 30%.
    • 14% Increase weapon cooldown rate and weapon skill leech of 5%.
    • 20% increase in weapon skill power, and 24% increase in damage while hitting enemies at full health.
