Some weapon unlocks in Dune Awakening can be obtained after completing quests, or by locating the schematics and crafting them yourself. The Jolt Sword can be obtained at the end of a very long questline, but, if you don’t want to do all that, you can also find the schematic or purchase it elsewhere. This guide will explain all the ways to attain the Jolt Sword in Dune Awakening.
All Ways to Get the Jolt Sword Dune Awakening
There are a few different ways to get the Jolt Sword, and those include following a questline, trading, or finding the schematic. We will discuss all possible ways below.
Complete The Last Stand of Seron Varlin Contract

As part of the Swordmaster class, you can complete all of their Advanced Trainer contracts till you reach the very end of it. Picking up the Last Stand of Seron Varlin contract will task you with dissuading Seron from participating in a duel with Fenring. Successfully doing so will automatically reward you with the Jolt Sword, but you won’t receive any schematics for it for future repairs.
Jolt Sword Schematic Locations

For the schematics, you need to venture out into one of the very late game areas called Deep Desert. Over here, you have a slight chance of finding the schematics within the Ultra Rare Containers in Imperial Testing Stations #186 and #217. These stations can be found on the southeastern section of the map, at coordinates A8 – A9.
Crafting the Jolt Sword
Once you have the schematic, you need to collect the following materials so you can craft or repair your sword at the Weapons Fabricator.
- Duraluminum Ingot x17
- Plasteel Microflora Fiber x14
- Plant Fiber x3
- Blade Parts x22
- Carbide Scraps x5
- Spice-infused Duraluminum Dust x8
- Water x280
Purchase or Trading for the Jolt Sword

The Exchange house in Arrakeen and Harko Village will hold frequent auctions where you can bet on the Jolt Sword if it does appear on the list. Going through this route will require Solari, so come prepared with tons of them before you head into the auction house.
The social hubs in Harko Village and Arrakeen also house player to player trading, so you can ask your friends or guild mates to trade you the Jolt Sword in exchange for something you are willing to part with.
