As you start your journey within the Village of Khalim to learn the ropes in Doom: The Dark Ages, you will encounter challenges that will put your life at risk. To survive, you must collect Life Sigils that will help you revive and continue onwards. You can collect these sigils within certain locations in Chapter 1 itself, making it easier to get a second life and progress early in the game. All Life Sigils In the Village of Khalim Doom The Dark Ages
Collecting Life Sigils is an important part of healing and reviving your character after getting killed. There are 3 such sigils to locate during the tutorial section, and you can check out where to find them below.
Life Sigil Location #1
During the quest objective to Clear the Village in the Cover the Escape quest, you will finally reach the village that is occupied by demons. Collect the Power Gauntlet melee weapon from the area, and make your way forward towards the quest marker. Keep a lookout on your left to find a wooden barricaded wall with a blue symbol. Break through the wall to collect the first Life Sigil.
Life Sigil Location #2
A bit later into the quest, you will get the objective to Destroy the Demonic Portals, right while exploring the location of the third demon portal. After collecting the Shredder and the unique toy collectible, you will be taken to a cave in the western section of the map that has some rail tracks on the floor. Over here, fight the demons to get the red seals first, then explore the nook in the cave to find the sigil.
Life Sigil Location #3
The final Life Sigil is found within the same area. Head east from where you picked up the second Life Sigil and you will spot a purple locked door. You need to get a secret key, which is marked on the map above. Cross the bridge to collect the key, then make your way back to the door to unlock it and get the third Life Sigil within the Village of Khalim.
