    Black Desert Online: All Wukong Skills & Passives Explained

    In Black Desert Online, you would have tried experimenting with the new Wukong class. There is a lot more to learn about this class, such as perfectly utilizing the skills and passive abilities under this class. Since Wukong is a hard class to master, this guide will break down all skills and passives for the Wukong class in Black Desert Online. 

    Black Desert Online Wukong Class Skills Explained

    Wukong is an easy evasion and ascension class to master both by beginners and veterans of the game. His skill sets are quite basic, but can still cause a lot of damage when active. Here we will take a look at all skills and passives of the Wukong class below.

    All Wukong Main Passives

    • Peaches of Immortality – Applies 20 AP, 10% Attack Speed
    • Golden Gaze: Incomplete – 4% evasion rate.
    • Celestial Nectar – Recover 3000 HP upon entering Fighting Buddha stance, summons shadows, and uses the power pole to attack enemies.

    All Wukong Main Skills

    • Absolute: Power Pole Mastery – Wukong’s basic attack, uses the power pole to subdue enemies.  
    • Move Outta My Way – Requires 15 WP and has a 3s Cooldown. Provides Knockdown on hits. This is an unprotected skill for PvP purposes. 
    • To Shreds You Say? – Another unprotected skill for PvP, this also required 15 WP and a 3s cooldown. Can be added to the quick slot.
    • Pierce Through – This requires 20 WP and has a 4s cooldown. Provides knockback and -20 DP for 10s on hits. 
    • It Ain’t Over Yet – Pressing the Spacebar after applying a skill will narrow the distance between you and your foes and also performs a low sweeping attack. Requires 150 stamina and has a 5s cooldown.
    • Once Again – Use LMB after other skills to swiftly wield your power pole in a flurry of three consecutive strikes. Requires 20 WP and has a 3s cooldown.
    • Smash ‘Em Flat – Can be added to the quick slot. Requires 150 Stamina and has a 7s cooldown. Engulfs the path ahead with golden flames after you strike your power pole to the ground. 
    • Hold It Right There – Requires 100 Stamina and has a 6s cooldown. Using the W+RMB button will make your character leap forward and strike foes at the crown. This skill is best used in PvP.
    • Stretch Further – Uses the pole to leverage and kick upwards, then strike down at foes below. Requires 20 WP and has a 7s Cooldown.
    • Crush to Bits – Envelopes the pole in energy and brings it down with force. Requires 30 WP and 8s Cooldown.
    • Ignite – Hold down the LMB after crouching to kick low, then launch an upward pole strike. Requires 20 WP.
    • Explode ‘Em All – Spins your pole while it is engulfed in flames. Requires 40 WP and has a cooldown of 8s. 
    • Scorch it All – Requires 30 WP to spin your pole with fiery momentum and sweep your pole wide. Has a 8s cooldown.
    • Impale Through – creates a vertical strike with your pole. Requires 35 WP and has a 8s cooldown.

    All Wukong Sub Skills

    • Flying Nimbus – Using 100 Stamina will summon a flying nimbus. Has a 15s cooldown.
    • Flow: Flying Nimbus – hold down Shift after summoning the flying nimbus to soar higher. Requires 300 Stamina and has a 30s cooldown.
    • Monkey See, Monkey Do – Requires 300 stamina and has a cooldown of 1 minute. Can also unlock its variant Black Spirit, which has a cooldown of 20 minutes. 
    • Missed Me – This and its variant Missed Me Again are the dash moves for the Wukong. This takes 250 stamina for the base skill while the variant requires 20 WP. There is a 3s cooldown for the base skill and a 2s cooldown for the variant. 
    • Gotcha – Gotcha and Gotcha now are the grab skills of the game. 
    • Tusita’s Gourd III – Absorbs the life force from your foes and stores it away, and it uses up 15 WP. Has a 5s Cooldown.

    All Wukong Main Awakening Skills

    • Fighting Buddha – This skill ties in with the Tusita’s Gourd III, as you can utilize your gourd to gain power and activate Wukong’s Awakening. Requires 25 WP to use and has a 30s Cooldown.
    • Unleashed: Tusita’s Gourd – Requires 15 WP and has 5s Cooldown. Increases the potency of the gourd when used in conjunction with Tusita’s Gourd III and Fighting Buddha.
    • Tormenting Spike III – You can use this alongside Black Spirit: Tormenting Spike III to use your powered up pole. Requires 50 WP to use the base skill, with a 11s cooldown.
    • Upheaval III – Requires 200 Stamina to strike your powered up pole downwards. 
    • Buddha’s Finger III – Engulfs your pole with energy while midair and hurls it at foes. You have to jump while in Fighting Buddha state to activate. Requires 30 WP.
    • Heaven’s Pivot III – Summons a shadow if Wukong Hair effect is active. Requires 50 WP and has 13s cooldown.
    • Extend Longer + Stretch Further – These two skills can extend and engulf your pole with energy, allowing you to further reach your foes and hit them. Requires 20 WP each.
    • Impale Through – Requires 35 WP and extends your pole to hit enemies further away. 

    In short, Wukong is a straightforward class to use, as their skill sets are not too complicated to comprehend. With Wukong’s large AoE attacks, you can deal a lot of damage, plus switching to Awakening mode will further enhance this class’s abilities.
