The new Fortnite Chapter Shock N’ Awesome has introduced a diverse range of Boons that shake up the core gameplay, giving players new augments and passives that can work to their advantage. Collecting Boons can be tedious if you don’t know where to look, but don’t worry, this guide will help you get all the Boons available in the game, even the Super Soldier variants.
How To Collect Boons
Boons can be collected from opening O.X.R. Chests, Hive Sacs and Drop Pods around the new Fortnite map. O.X.R. Chests can be found in O.X.R. Bunkers, Armories and bases found in locations like Ranger’s Ruin, while Hive Sacs can be found in locations where Bugs spawn, typically in places where Hive Stashes and the Bug Queen are located. It’s worth noting that not every one of the Chests or Sacs will contain a Boon, and it all comes down to RNG.
On the other hand, O.X.R. Drop Pods are awarded either on liberating O.X.R. Infested Outposts or during mid-match after the Storm enters its fourth phase. These Outposts can be found in locations such as Supernova Academy, Outpost Enclave and Canyon Crossing. They have a guaranteed Boon drop, so you’ll have a better shot at collecting them via Drop Pods.
Currently, there are three types of Boons in the game, which you can obtain from O.X.R. Chests, Hive Sacs and Drop Pods. Here’s a rundown of them:

| Storm Forecast Boon | It reveals the next Storm Circle for the rest of the match. |
| Agile Aiming Boon | It reduces weapon recoil and spread when aiming down sights (ADS) and also maintains movement speed during that time. |

How To Collect Super Soldier Boons
Super Soldier Boons can only be collected from O.X.R. Drop Pods in Fortnite C6S4. This means that you won’t get these high-tier Boons from O.X.R. Chests and Hive Sacs.
However, these augments provide more perks and offer more buffs the more you increase your O.X.R. Rank throughout a match, which aren’t available on traditional Boons. You can easily rank up by killing enemies, searching Chests and exploring the map. Here’s what the Super Soldier Boons do:
