Chrono Odyssey: How To Enter The Chrono Gate

Chrono Odyssey has its closed beta currently underway, and one of the early missions will have you make your way to the Chrono Gate. In this guide, we have put up the exact way to reach this place easily and continue your journey in this MMORPG from developers Chrono Studio.

The Sentinel Mission: Enter the Chrono Gate

The first Epic quest in Chrono Odyssey asks you to enter the Chrono Gate and defeat the Void Apostle. However, when you click on the location tab right next to the mission, it will give you a message saying ‘The World Map cannot be accessed from the current location’.

    Travel to the Brackley Altar

Make your way to the Stone at the other end of the Citadel, and when the map opens up, scroll to the very top. You will see the First Breath Hill area and in that area you will have the Brackley Altar Bound Stone, just below the Eye of Insight Survey Beacon.

From the Brackley Altar, you now have to make your way north, towards the Westwind Hills. The easiest way to reach there is to follow the river that flows by that location. When you make your way, keep to the right bank of the river as that is easier to traverse. Just before the river ends in a waterfall, you will spot a large entrance to your right.

Follow the linear path inside the cavern, and you will start seeing other players also, indicating that you are pretty close to your final destination. You will soon spot a small outcrop in the water, which is the Chrono Gate for you to enter and progress your mission. As soon as you approach it and select Enter, you will get a cutscene, and with that you are through to your destination.

When playing the closed beta, you would want to explore as much of the region as possible, and that is best done by unlocking the horse mount in Chrono Odyssey as quickly as possible. Do check our guide on how to go about doing that.
