Schedule I’s immersive gameplay mechanics have turned drug-dealing into an addictive game for over 300,000 players on Steam. To cook any type of Drug in Schedule I, you must get yourself proper equipment and machines, and some of them are locked behind the progress bar. This article will tackle all the objectives for the quest We Need To Cook.

All Objectives of We Need to Cook Quest

Once you have unlocked Oscar at the Warehouse down by the docks, you will be ready to take on the quest “We Need to Cook“. Here is the list of objectives behind the We Need to Cook questline in Schedule 1.

Objective 1: Talk to Uncle Nelson at a payphone.

    Objective 2:

    • Purchase a chemistry Station from Oscar.
    • Purchase a Lab Oven from Oscar.
    • Purchase Acid from Oscar.
    • Purchase Phosphorus from Oscar.
    • Message Shirley about buying some Pseudo.

Objective 3: Cook Liquid Meth at the Chemistry Station.

Objective 1: Talk to Uncle Nelson at a payphone

He will direct us to cook some Meth with the help of Oscar. But we will be missing one key ingredient, Pseudo. Nelson will ask us to look for a supplier in Westville to get information on the Pseudo.

The only way to get the supplier in Westville is to grow the business and unlock new customers. Eventually, you will get in touch with the supplier in Westville.

    Objective: 2 Multiple Objectives

    Schedule 1 Oscar Item List
    • Purchase a chemistry Station from Oscar
    • Purchase a Lab Oven from Oscar
    • Purchase Acid from Oscar
    • Purchase Phosphorus from Oscar
    • Message Shirley about buying some Pseudo

2 out of 5 objectives are about purchasing equipment from Oscar. Another two are purchasing Acid and Phosphorus, which the game says are key ingredients needed to create Meth. Get to the Warehouse on the map and talk to Oscar. Interact with him to make the purchase. Here are the cost details of each of the items.

    • Chemistry Station – $1000
    • Lab Oven – $1000
    • Acid – $40
    • Phosphorus – $40

Note: If you are low on money, you will find the ATM within the Warehouse to withdraw cash for your purchase.

Schedule 1 Shirley Watts Pseudo Purchase via Message

After you have bought every item on the menu, open your phone and message Shirley Watts about Pseudo. You will be given two options: “I need to order a dead drop ” and “I want to pay off the debt.” Choose “I need to order a dead drop ” to get Pseudo.

Now you will get to the purchase section, under the Request Dead Drop section, you will see three kinds of Pseudo

    • Low Quality Pseudo
    • Pseudo – Locked
    • High-Quality Pseudo–Locked

You will only have access to the Low Quality Pseudo; the common quality will be locked behind the Hustler III Rank, and the High-Quality Pseudo will unlock at  Bagman V. You can only buy the Low Quality Pseudo for $60.

After ordering it, collect the dead drop to add Pseudo to your inventory.

Objective: 3 Cook Liquid Meth at the Chemistry Station

Now that we have all the equipment and a Low-Quality Pseudo, we are ready to cook Liquid Meth. We will need to use the Chemistry Station to make Liquid Meth and Lab Oven to turn them into crystal shape, making it marketable.

    Cooking Meth in Chemistry Station
    • First, you must set up the Chemistry Station and Lab Oven. We will need both of them to cook Meth.
    • Interact with your Chemistry Station. Choose Liquid Meth, under the boxes add: Low Quality Pseudo/ Phosphorus/ Acid. And then hit Begin to start the process.
    • Drag the Acid bottle and pour the Acid into the Cylindrical Glass Beaker in the middle. Then do the same for the Phosphorus. Finally, add Pseudo pills into the mix. After adding all of them, stir the mix to blend the Low-Quality Pseudo into the Acid and Phosphorus.
    • Now lower the Round-Bottom Flask and pour the mix into it. Drag the flask back up, and turn on the Burner underneath. A sort of Burner minigame will play out, make sure the needle in the progress bar stays in the green area; which is around 230 to 240 °C. Just keep pressing the button until the needle hits the green zone.
    • That’s it, now you just have to wait for 5 to 10 minutes to cook the Liquid Meth. You can see the Digital Timer behind the chemistry station, indicating the cooking time. Once the Meth is processed, drag it out of the Output box into your inventory.

Adding the Liquid Meth into the Lab Oven

Schedule 1 Lab Oven Meth Cooking
    • Now take the Liquid Meth and interact with the Lab Oven. Here drag the Liquid Meth into the Ingredient box. And hit Begin to cook the Meth.
    • Drag the Lab Oven’s door to gain access to the tray inside. Now pour the Liquid Meth onto the tray, once done, push the tray back into the oven and hit the “Cook” button. Now you will have to wait 6 minutes for the Liquid Meth to heat up. It will turn our Liquid Meth into a crusted or hardened form.
    • Once the timer is completed, open the door to the Lab Oven, take out the tray and smash it with a hammer to break the crusted Meth. You will find the hammer right next to the tray, just drag it with your mouse and break the crusted Meth on the tray.
    • And that’s it, now you have Meth in your inventory, ready to sell. Completing the final objective of the We Need to Cook quest.
