Faces of the Past in Wuchang is a unique set of collectibles that rewards players upon completion. They are not too difficult to figure out. One such Faces of the Past is located in the Shu Sanctum. While not too difficult to pinpoint the location of activity, solving it requires staying at the proper location. Here is a quick guide to Look to the Horizon to Reunite with Faces of the Past in Wuchang Fallen Feathers.
Look to the Horizon to Reunite Faces of the Past

While exploring Shu Sanctum, you will come across a statue of a gazing man, emitting blue light from its chest. You’ll find several statues of an old man here; you must focus on the statue with blue light. When you interact with the statue with blue light, you will read a message that will say, “Look to the horizon to reunite with faces of the past.”
Steps to Solve it
While you can look at the horizon to the right of the statue, without a proper emote, you will not be able to complete the activity.
- First, you must move the camera to the right to look at the horizon. Just make sure you are facing towards the horizon with the statue of the old man on your left.

Note: You can assume different positions, as some have just looked at the statue instead of the horizon to complete this face of the past activity.
- Now, head over to the Pose Menu and select the Gaze pose. You can also add it to the shortcut keys by pressing the button Y on PC, Touch Pad on PlayStation, and View button on Xbox.
- Once the Gaze pose is selected, use it. And after a short while, you will get a new dialogue on the screen:
“Sis, I can see the way now! C’mon, let’s head to town! I want a steamed bunny bun… Oh, and candied hawthorns too!“
After completing it, you will receive Candied Haws x1: Enhances Max HP and Stamina recovery for a time.
