The Sapper’s Gauntlet in Flintlock The Siege of Dawn can be obtained by completing the “Peacekeepers” side quest. This quest is started by talking to the host of the Coffee Shop at Gavel Gate. However, make sure you have progressed far enough in the main quest and have the Pilgrim’s Bend location unlocked and accessible. Once you do that, this side quest can now be triggered.

Doing this side quest is worth it because the Sapper’s Gauntlet will likely be your first rare gauntlet in the game. Rare items come with special perks, the Sapper Gauntlet allows you to regain 15% of your black powder charge whenever you attack with Enki.
