The ultimate drop spots in Fortnite have everything to get the match started on the right foot. You have to look out for the best loot spots as early in the game as possible, and you also need to keep an eye out for enemy crowds. If you are trying to figure out the best places to land from the get-go, this guide will cover the top 6 spots to do so.

While keeping a good landing spot in mind, always keep track of which ones offer the best loot and hiding spots. With each new update, a new location appears on the map randomly. Sometimes, these areas are infiltrated with enemy players from the get-go, so you need to figure out the best approach to find other places where you could land and get your loot.

It is a bonus if these areas are not yet discovered by other players, giving you better access to the loot within. With high risks, there is always high rewards. Let’s take a look at some of the best landing spots in the game.

    Lovely Lane

This area might look barren to passersby, but there is a lot of hidden loot around here that gives you a running start. This location offers some decent hiding spots too, which gives you and your teammates enough time to suit up and plan your strategy.

    Canyon Crossing

Landing at the very top of the hill in Canyon Crossing will provide you with several loot boxes. Also, you might encounter alien infestations around here, which is an additional way to earn loot and XP. This area is also filled with several nooks and corners to hide behind, helping to shoot down unexpected visitors who wander by.

    Demon’s Debris

This place is best explored with a team, as it is quite a popular loot spot. Be warned that you might get ambushed at every corner, but the loot within this area is well worth the trouble of dropping down here. If this is too much to handle, just drop to the Ranger’s Ruin slightly northwest to Demon’s Debris to collect some stuff away from the crowd.

    Pumpin’ Pipes

Since this location is too far off the main course, you won’t find a lot of players loitering around here. There are several hidden loot crates and hiding spots to explore, and is especially great if you play solo and want to get some early game items.

    Swarmy Stash

This is a vastly open area, which makes spotting enemies much easier. Plus, if you keep exploring the place, you will end up with some pretty good loot chests. If you are willing to take the risk in coming here, then you will be greatly rewarded for your troubles. Bring a team along if you can’t face this place on your own.

    O.X.R HQ

If you want to collect the newer Ch6S4 weapons, then dropping here is the best way to get it. The only drawback is that everyone else will be aiming for this location, so you have to be armed to the max before setting foot here. But you will spot chests in every corner, giving you tons of loot. Since this location is newly added to the map, you would need to head here anyway to pick up new quests and items.
