Tiny Pasture has various intricate systems that could create some confusion for new players. Pasture mechanics are one of the many important key systems in the game. Knowing the system will help you decide to store animals and gain the ability to unlock more Pasture Slots for more animals. But every unlock has its own cost, and a limitation attached to the maximum number of Pasture Slots in Tiny Pasture. Here we will look at important details about Pasture Slots and whether the game allows you to switch between Pastures.

    Can You Switch Between Pastures?

    Tiny Pasture

Short answer, No, you can’t switch between pastures. The game gives you the ability to create spaces for additional animal storage once you run out of Pasture Slots.

When you click on the Pasture or Animal menu, you will see the number of animals in the Pasture Slots. Here, you can choose the ‘+’ icon to add more animals to the slots, but each of the slots can only be unlocked by spending coins. The asking price for Pasture slot unlocks will go up as you open up more slots. The maximum number of Pasture Slots is limited to 21.

    Storing More Animals

Once you run out of the Pasture slots, you can buy Warehouses to fill up additional animals. Just head on over to the Animal or Pasture menu, and click on the ‘+’ button to buy Warehouse. Now the warehouse serves as it sounds, it acts as a storage facility for the animals. Any animal stored inside the warehouse will not be interactable. There are upsides and downsides to storing animals in the warehouse.

    • The animals in the warehouse will be safer, as you will not have to deal with any health and hunger meters.
    • At the same time, any animal part of the Warehouse will not earn you any coins.

The primary function of Warehouses is to serve as additional storage once you run out of Pasture Slots. Any animal that gets stored inside the Warehouse can be moved to another Warehouse. This can be done by choosing the option ‘Transfer’ under the Move Animal. To make your Pasture area clean; you can unlock the Magic Broom Facility to clean up the waste left by the animals in the Pasture. The first upgrade will cost you around 10000 coins.
