Kiuchi’s Palace in P5X is filled with a wide variety of puzzles, from baseball pitches to glowing tiles. Each area poses a different challenge for players trying to solve every puzzle the area has to offer. Whether you’re a completionist or just trying to figure out one specific puzzle you’re stuck on, this will show you how to get across each puzzle, step by step.
Exhibition Hall 1F
We need to select which merchandise can be used to accurately represent Kiuchi. Face north and select the top left and bottom right statues to unlock the door.
Baseball Score Puzzle
In the hallway full of static TV screens, we need to turn on the screens that only show the score of baseball. Select the bottom left and top right to complete the puzzle, as you’re facing East.
Kiuchi’s Valuables Puzzle
This puzzle takes place in a jewelry room. Take note of the security guard and interact with the items that he approaches. There are 4 panels to be turned on, at the items that the guard approaches. Turn off the rest of them, and they will turn blue when activated.
Symbol Puzzle
This puzzle is fairly easy. Interact with the static screen as soon as the symbol appears on the big screen. Do this 3 times to complete the puzzle.
Glowing Tiles Puzzle
Head towards the 3rd floor, and on the left side of the map, there is a board that shows the order in which to move on the tiles. Keeping the order in mind, step on the tiles in the same order to complete the puzzle.
Baseball Field Puzzle

As you enter the baseball field, stand on the pressure plate to the right. This will activate the blue treasure chest behind you, and you can claim your rewards from it.
After that, push the cart to the middle plate, and stand on the left plate. This will give you another cart behind you.
With this cart, move it to the left plate and then remove the other cart from the middle one.
Then, stand on the plate under the scoreboard screen. This will activate a gold treasure chest across the room, so you can go ahead and claim it.

Now, take the cart you moved away from the middle plate onto the plate on the right, the one you stood on in the beginning.
Then, stand on the middle plate, the ones facing the computer screens and the platform will descend.

Once you’ve re-enacted the baseball game on the screen, you need to finish another phase of these pressure plate puzzles to move on.
- Move the crate onto the right pressure plate, complete the scene on the first screen, and then remove it.
- Now do the same thing with the pressure plate on the left.
- Remove the cart from the left plate and stand on the plate under the scoreboard.
Successfully doing so will allow you to claim a Golden Card and unlock the room.
Club 2F Tile Thumbs Puzzle
These puzzles involve the player walking over the correct combination of tiles to light them up and disable the electric field around the treasure. There are 3 rooms with 3 different combinations of tiles.

In the Thumb Left room with the blue couches to your left, the tile combinations are:
- the bottom 2 on column #1 and #2, and
- the top 2 on column #3 and #4.

In the Thumb Down room, with the couch on your left side,
- first and third tile in column #1,
- second and third in column #2, and
- both the tiles in the last column, which only has 2 tiles.

- the last three tiles of column #3.
Club 3F Thumb Puzzle

The puzzle is based on these hints given. Head to the doorway to solve the puzzles. The solution for each door goes as follows:
- First door: Thumb LEFT -> UP -> DOWN
- Second door: Thumb RIGHT -> DOWN -> LEFT
- Third door: Thumb DOWN -> RIGHT -> UP
Enter the third door and collect a blue baseball from the baseball glove on the wall, which will be necessary later.
- Fourth door: Thumb RIGHT -> LEFT -> UP -> DOWN
Take the other baseball from the room of the fourth door and head over to the hallway to unlock the next door by using the baseballs.

The puzzle on the other side of the door is basically mapping out the tiles that aren’t red in the first tile area. So, head over to the other side of the room and walk over the edge tiles, as the middle ones are red in the first area.
You’ll have to switch between these tiled areas, mapping out the areas that are not red on the other end. This will open the door to the hallway and you can move on.
