Additional Effect: A 0 to 20% chance, that the buff might lead to an additional charge.

What does it do: Whenever you freeze, electrocute, or pin an enemy you will gain Freeze Charge. The cooldown mechanics for the Combat Frenzy is 1.5 to 3 seconds. As the gem levels up, the timer decreases and the effectiveness increases.
Tip: Use freeze, and electrocute constantly to activate the Combat Frenzy. The more you use the more you stack Frenzy Charge from the skill gem. Use support gems like Chance to Electrocute or Raise Status Effect to further raise the effectiveness of Combat Frenzy.
How to Activate: You must have a Dexterity count of 83 and Level 36 to activate Combat Frenzy. You can also gain additional Frenzy charges once you enhance the quality of the Combat Frenzy skill gem. To activate the skill you must have 30 Unreserved Spirit.
Frenzy Charges are stackable perks that elevate other abilities. But this influence doesn’t cover every skill. You will also find a Talent Description detailing the empowered skill and its possible outcome. Many outside factors also influence the Combat Frenzy skill. For example, the passive skill “Resonance” will turn Frenzy Charges into Power Charges, to then be used by other abilities.
