Stealth sniper is always a fun playstyle in almost any game, even crossing the border to RPG or immersive-sims. In Mecha Break, the same rule follows. Narukami allows you to play as a stealth sniper, shooting large laser beam cannons from a distance to take out the foes. Here, you also have the option to go invisible for a certain amount of time to land the next shot from a different location. Here is a guide to Narukami in Mecha Break.
Narukami Overview

Narukami is a stealth sniper with many options to enter stealth almost at any time. All the tools are built around the sniping abilities, pushing a more non-aggressive, sneaky game style. Here you will make use of drones to stay invisible and land perfect shots, and more.
Basic Weapon: Charged Beam Cannon
Narukami is equipped with a Charged Beam Cannon, the gun has two different modes for handling both close and long-range enemies. If enemies are in close proximity, then you can switch to close-range mode. At close range, the Beam Cannon will fire plasma lasers. It deals a good enough damage, but not comparable to the long-range mode.
Long-Range Shot: When you choose the long-range mod or sniper mode, Narukami becomes idle at one location; here, you charge the beam cannon to release a massive plasma laser at the enemy. The game also allows you to fire the beam cannon without the lock on. The charge shots also have different levels; the longer you hold down the charge, the more damage the Charged Beam Cannon will carry out.
Decoy Drone

Effect: A simple drone that creates a decoy of Narukami to distract the enemy or just to run away from the combat.
Narukami will enter stealth mode near the Decoy Drones. You can set up two decoys at once, even when you are immobilised or staggered. When you activate the Decoy Drone, firing a shot from the Charged Beam Cannon will cancel the stealth. If the enemy manages to shoot down the decoy drone, it also removes the decoy and reveals your location.
Traction Grappler
Effect: The Traction Grappler is a grappling gun allowing Narukami to reach different spots in the area.
You can quickly attach the Traction Grappler reach to high spots to get out of the enemy’s line of sight. You will also enter stealth mode after launching the Traction Grappler, making for a good counterattack. Not all the spots in the map are compatible with Traction Grappler; if the crosshair gets a claw-shaped icon, only that specific point can make use of the Grappler.
Optical Camo Drone
Effect: If any of your Allies are in range, you can activate Optical Camo Drones to give stealth to your Allies.
While using the Optical Camo Drones to intercept the enemy’s location, they will not deflect or block any incoming damage. You can activate the drones during immobilization and stagger.
Tips for Narukami:
- Always hide the Decoy Drones from the enemy’s view; if they manage to shoot the drones, it will instantly cancel your stealth, revealing your current location.
- Decoy Drones also attack with you, here switching to basic plasma fire instead of charge shots will do plenty of damage. Since you can have two Decoy Drones activated at the same time, resorting to the basic attack will not be a bad idea.
- The Traction Grappler allows you to move to almost any location for 3 seconds, and here you can also hang off the wall for 20 seconds. Use it to your advantage to set up new camping spots.
- Use the Traction Grappler to take on the objectives, use the stealth mode of the grappler to stay invisible, and carry out the tasks.
- You can also stagger any enemy with the use of Traction Grappler on them. It will allow you to leap over the enemy’s head, entering stealth mode.
