You are tasked to protect Hopeport Town from the goblin invasion, and you can choose and refine your character build along the way. There are a lot of professions to pick up, and gameplay mechanics to learn. But, like most RPG games, you need money to help you out, especially during the early game.

Best Early Game Methods To Make Money Quickly In Brighter Shores
You can make money quickly in Brighter Shores by selling unwanted equipment, exploiting the cooking mechanic to buy ingredients and sell the finished product, and complete Cooking Bounties. Let’s look at each of these methods.
There are two main currencies in the game, Copper and Silver. Copper is not as valuable as silver, but copper can be stacked to make silver. Farming copper very early in the game is quite easy if you follow the steps below.
Sell Unwanted Equipment
The best way to farm copper is to sell unwanted equipment. This is handy during early game, when you are stuck with several pieces of equipment that you don’t require after you level up your character. If you do have a stock of unwanted gear, head over to the Quartermaster and sell them for some quick cash.
Cook And Sell Food
Now that you have a decent amount of copper, you can start cooking simple meals and selling them to the chef. First, collect the ingredients from Kevin’s store in Stone Street. Each ingredient costs a few coppers or silver, depending on how many you want. For this guide, we will be cooking Bacon Sandwiches, as they offer more profit once sold. Head over to Kevin’s store and purchase 12 Bacon, which costs around 2 Silver for 10 pieces and 200 Copper for one piece. Also buy 12 pieces of bread, which costs the same amount.
After that, head over to the cooking station nearby and cook Bacon Sandwich. Then, visit the cook and sell your dish. In total, you can get 5 Silver and 1160 Copper for selling 12 * Bacon Sandwich. Another easy recipe that you can cook and sell are Omelets. Just buy the eggs from Kevin and cook the Omelets and sell it to the chef. The best part about cooking is that you can stack up the ingredients, head over to the cooking station, and prepare the dish while AFK.
Complete Cooking Bounties
Once you reach Cooking Level 9, you can find the Chef’s Bounty Board. If you interact with the chef, you will find a handful of dishes that need to be cooked and delivered to the various residents of Hopeport. Picking them up will give you a huge boost of money and XP. Every hour, the board will refresh and give you four dishes to cook up. Complete the tasks to get your rewards.
Sell Fishes
Another great way to farm money is to sell fishes. While you can cook the fish you catch and sell the dish, it won’t give you as much profit as when you sell raw fish. You can either sell the fish to the chef or find various residents around the town to sell your fish to. But fishing does take some time, so you may want to take a call if you are better off just cooking dishes instead.
Farm Money from the Barracks’ Chests
There is a glitch where you can repeatedly farm cash from the chests in the Barracks. To start the glitch, continue with the main story quests till you get the objective to rescue three guards from goblins. Make your way to the Training Grounds and you will find the Barracks. Head inside and you will find the three guards to rescue, as well as tons of chests in the room. Loot all the chests, wait for a few seconds, then try looting them again.
You will get infinite money, but it won’t be a lot if you are still in the early stages of the game.
