While Okyann cannot deal damage directly, she is quite handy in supplying buffs to all party members. She is a free 4-Star character to get, but you have to get used to her not having any elemental abilities. Besides using her to buff up your party, she can also apply debuffs to enemies, making it easier to take them down. There are some things you can do to further influence her build if you wish to keep her in your team.

    Kayo Tomiyama Skills Explained

Okyann’s skillset largely depends on her persona, Cleodora. Celodora can be unlocked by following the main story quests, pulling through banners, or from events. Below are the skills that you can unlock under her persona

    Kayo Tomiyama Overview and Weapons

You can utilize her skills very efficiently during early gameplay, as her buffs will come in handy when you first start off. But, as time goes on, you will notice that other Navigators offer better buffs and, thus, Okyann will take a backseat. Since her abilities are quite basic, it is best not to invest a lot in her kit very early on.

For her weapons, you can give her Retro Disco Style and Emerald Charmer, since these have a chance to gain Beat stacks and synergize well with Pulsating Rhythm.

    • Retro Disco Style: increases the damage output by 30%, and increases the chance to get 1 Beat stack by 41% after using Pulsating Rhythm.
    • Emerald Charmer: increases Attack output by 12.0%. The chances of gaining a Beat stack after using a support skill increases by 43% while using this weapon.

    Best Kayo Tomiyama Teams

    • Joker + Rin + Leon + Okyann
      • For max damage and no utilization of Sustain , go for this team setup
    • Fleuret + Leon + Mona + Okyann
      • Most of the characters here will compliment each other, like Leon boosting up Fleuret’s damage output while increasing his CRIT damage and attack. Mona can also further enhance Fleuret’s S3 using Windswept. Okyann can further add elemental damage and boost damage output.
    • Panther + Key + Cattle + Okyann
      • This is a better Sustain team, and everyone can work together to keep Panther at the state of La Vie en Rose constantly.
    • Panther + Key + Leon + Okyann
      • Again, another team setup that focuses more on Panther’s damage output, but without the sustain.
    • Joker + Rin + Cattle + Okyann
      • Can gain sustain, but at the cost of losing some buffs.
    • Fleuret + Sepia + Mona + Okyann
      • Okyann, Mona, and Fleuret further support each other as mentioned earlier, but there is an addition of Sepia here. Fleuret’s S3 helps Sepia attain Verse stacks, which helps with his follow up attacks.
    • Closer + Leon + Soy + Okyann
      • Closer is the focus here, as everyone can work together to increase her damage output while she is a ST DPS.
    • Mont + Leon + Soy + Okyann
      • This team can work together to increase Mont’s damage output.
    • Sepia + Riddle + Mona + Okyann
      • All characters can generate stacks by attacking, and this can help Sepia and Riddle. This works to build up Sepia’s DOT.
    • Joker + Leon + Moko + Okyann
      • Moko and Joker can work together to buff up Joker’s attack stats.
