Kayo Tomiyama Overview and Weapons

You can utilize her skills very efficiently during early gameplay, as her buffs will come in handy when you first start off. But, as time goes on, you will notice that other Navigators offer better buffs and, thus, Okyann will take a backseat. Since her abilities are quite basic, it is best not to invest a lot in her kit very early on.
For her weapons, you can give her Retro Disco Style and Emerald Charmer, since these have a chance to gain Beat stacks and synergize well with Pulsating Rhythm.
