    The easiest way to obtain Ballistic Fiber in Fallout 76 by scrapping Military Ammo Bags and Military Grade Duct Tape. Each of these items yield 2 Ballistic Fiber. While there are other items also like Mysterious Fur, Torn Mothman Wing, Ballistic Fiber Scrap as well as enemies like Mothman which can also drop Ballistic Fiber; these items and enemies in themselves are quite rare and hence not the best way to get this item. In comparison, you will have a much easier time getting Military Ammo Bags and Military Grade Duct Tape at the below areas

    The following locations are your best bet for getting Military Ammo Bags and Military Grade Duct Tape to scrap and obtain Ballistic Fiber in Fallout 76:
