If you wish to better yourself in Wuchang Fallen Feathers, then you need to up your build to deal a lot of damage. Focusing more on magic and spells is an entirely different experience, and this can give you a unique build to work on. For a more detailed look on the best magic build for early game, you can keep reading about it below.

Wuchang Fallen Feathers: Early Game Magic Build Guide

Working on a magic build in early game will help you get a headstart on all the enemy encounters and defeating them quickly. Besides obtaining the best weapon for this build, you will also require the right spells, skills, and accessories to complement and enhance this build.

    Best Weapon

The Darkfrost Edge One-Handed Sword is the best for spellcasting builds due to their main affinity being Magic and Agility. This sword is found near Lightzen Temple, the 3rd shrine in the game. Equipping this sword will offer 100+ spell power, and its main weapon skill is Evasive Maneuver. This helps dodge enemy attacks, and using Skyborn Might with it will equip and use a charm while evading.

We will also require the best Benedictions for the Darkfrost Edge, and all of the below charms can be found while exploring the first area.

    • Oath: Wei – Vitality Ferocity
      • Increases damage dealt and taken while in full health.
    • Memory: Ren – Skyborn Vigor
      • Increases Stamina recovery speed during Skyborn Might.
    • Wisdom: Wei – Skyborn Magic
      • Skyborn Might increases spell damage for a time.

    Best Pendants

The Fiend Felling Pendant is the best for early game. With this equipped, you will deal higher damage against larger enemies. Purchase this pendant from the merchant at Shu Temple. The Twin Infant Pendant is a second popular choice, as this increases stamina recovery speed.

If these two pendants don’t work for you, then equip the Dracolich Pendant. With this, you get reduced damage intake and you don’t flinch during enemy roars. The Twin Infant and Dracolich can be found around Worship’s Rise – Mercury Workshop Shrine.

    Best Spells

Get the Vorpal Blade and Infernal Flames spells, these are the best ones to equip for an early game magic build in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers.

The Vorpal Blade unleashes a blade that deals magic damage, and is the first spell you can unlock. The Vorpal Blade is useful in taking out the lower HP enemies during early game and requires just one Skyborn Might.

Infernal Flames projects a flaming mask that follows its target and deals 70 Burn damage. This spell unlocks after defeating the mini boss in the courtyard of the first area. Casting the spell requires 2 Skyborn Might, though, so yoy may want to keep this for the tougher enemies.

    Best Impetus Depository

We will focus more on unlocking the skills to the left of the skill tree, then moving on to the right. The skills on the left increase magic damage, Skyborn Might stacks, and efficiency of your HP potion. Unlocking Skyborn Call I, II, and III increases the stacks for Skyborn Might by certain amounts.

Bone Needle – Magic increases your weapon’s spell potency, use this alongside the Temper skill to increase the spell’s charge. Fiery Embers is another skill to unlock to increase the burn buildup of Infernal Flames or any other fire spell.

When it comes to the right side, skills like Biding Time will help you farm Skyborn Might passively. Swift Blade will unlock your weapon’s mastery, which increases damage output. Also, focus on unlocking all the Magic skills here, as this will increase spell damage output.
