You will encounter six Inner Demons in Wuchang: Fallen Feathers. Unlike the Inner Demons that spawn after you die in the game, these special Inner Demons only spawn at specific locations, and they generously drop good loot upon death. Almost all of them will drop Bo Blood, a material used to unlock madness-related perks, and Bone Needles, items that allow weapons to gain special effects.
